Chemotion OpenStats Workshop
April 22 , 10:00 – 11:30 CEST
OpenStats is software developed to facilitate statistical data analysis for scientists who want to perform reproducible, transparent analyses without extensive programming knowledge. It provides an intuitive interface for common statistical workflows, including data exploration, visualization, model fitting, and post hoc analysis. By combining well-established statistical methods with an accessible user interface, OpenStats enables researchers to quickly analyze their data while maintaining full transparency of the underlying statistical procedures.
In this hands-on workshop, we will introduce you to OpenStats and its main features using a learning-by-doing approach. Participants will explore typical statistical workflows, including data import, visualization, model creation, and interpretation of results. Throughout the session, we will guide you through practical exercises that demonstrate how OpenStats can support your daily research tasks. Questions and discussions are encouraged during the exercises to ensure that participants gain a clear understanding of the statistical concepts and the software.
No prior installation of OpenStats is required, as access to a training instance will be provided during the workshop. Don’t miss the opportunity to learn how OpenStats can simplify and improve your data analysis workflows – register now for the next hands-on workshop!
