FAIR4Chem-Awardees 2026 nominated

The winners of the FAIR4Chem Award have now been announced. Once again, we have two winners this year.

The winners are:

Marius Michael Engler, Technische Universität Ilmenau,
Supplement Data of Anolytes for All-Iron Redox-Flow Batteries“,
DOI of the dataset: https://doi.org/10.5281/zenodo.15730784

Johannes Schenk, Friedrich-Schiller-Universität Jena,
“Inducing Hard Carbon-like Sodium Storage Behavior in Graphitizable Carbon via Post-Synthetic Introduction of Closed Porosity”,
DOI of the dataset: https://dx.doi.org/10.22000/wzkv93yajesb20mx

In 2026, we had a new record number of entries for the award, which we are very pleased about. At the same time, it was not easy to select the winners. We are therefore very happy to be able to award two entries as equal winners again this year.

    Congratulations!
