UNLOCKING THE POTENTIAL OF DATA – FAIR DATA PRINCIPLES IN PHYSICAL SCIENCES IN NFDI. WORKSHOP
June 12 , 10:00 – 12:00 CEST
While different challenges can arise for research data management in different disciplines, FAIR, standardized data is always of great importance. Similar approaches and solutions can be shared and adapted across domains.
In this workshop, we will showcase selected use cases from the physical sciences that demonstrate how FAIR principles can be effectively implemented in practice. The session will highlight innovative tools, software solutions, and services that support sustainable and standardized research data management with facinating use cases from:
- FAIRmat: Dr. Lukas Pielsticker – Standardization of experimental data using NeXus
- PUNCH4NFDI: Dr. Hubert Simma – FAIR data for lattice gauge theory and beyond
- NFDI4Cat: Dr. Alexander Sommer-Behr – KGLit4Cat: Automated, ontology-based creation of knowledge graphs from literature with NLP
We look forward to your participation!
